BETTER TOGETHER EXPERIENCES

THE SWARM EXPERIENCE

Many companies change to more agility. But only few can deliver unique measurable agile results like the 1492 group in its projects. The Swarm Experience demonstrates the secret of success in collaboration. The unique large group event is an experience where participants gain knowledge while doing it. The collective task encourages by showing the principles of intelligent collective in action. It transforms groups into agile, resilient and flexible organisms, as the experiment shows how to leap forward by accelerating the speed of processing information in real time.

The Swarm Experience can be performed with large groups starting from 30 up to 3000 participants and beyond. Any audience can participate in the Swarm Experience without leaving the conference room.  We just need the ordinary conference technique, LCD projectors and a sound systems similar to a keynote speech and chairs in conference setting, tables or even standing is an option. The format could be designed to your needs and the airplane can be labeled with your corporate design or the credo of the meeting. The Swarm Experience could be compressed into a 60-minute format, or be a full day contact.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

No matter if company celebration or marketing event, every event should be remembered by your guests or customers. The right event design is the key to such success! But what exactly is event design and how can you become better at it?

At the point where event planning takes care of the organisation and smooth running of an event, successful event design goes one step further. As the name "event design" implies, creativity plays an important role here. It is particularly important to stage your event appropriately in order to create a successful overall package. This begins with the conception of the branding, through appropriate invitation and advertising management, to the follow-up of the event.

The first impression counts! So also at events, depending on how you design your marketing in advance, the guests will have a certain idea of what to expect at your event. The goal should be to meet or even exceed these expectations!
In order to find the right setting for an event, there are various options for choosing a location.

Unusual venues, such as off-locations, create a real "wow effect"! So your guests are already in the right mood for a promising program.

RESCUE MISSION

WHY OUTDOOR TRAINING IN THE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP?
LEARNING THROUGH EXPERIENCE

With our simulations we make risk-free learning at the limits possible. We present the participants with tasks and problems in the great outdoors, which are transferable to the tasks of the participants in the company.

Due to the situation in an unfamiliar environment, the analogies between company and outdoor are initially not recognizable for the participants and are then reflected upon together with our trainers and consultants.

RAFT EXPERIENCE

By risk-free solving of the simulated problems outside the comfort zone the participants make new, common experiences and arrive at new insights of their leadership and team context.

EVALUATION AND LEARNING TRANSFER
The participants compare their solutions with those from their professional everyday life. Similar patterns (or "typical behaviour patterns") can be identified and discussed.

These patterns are discussed and evaluated with the participants. Which of these patterns are helpful, correct and important? Which patterns are more of a hindrance and should be changed in order to be even more successful in the future?

SLEDGE RACE EXPERIENCE

At least two groups compete against each other in a sled race. The sleds must first be assembled together in the teams before they are allowed to start.
The descent takes place on a marked slope with obstacles. The winner is the team that manages the downhill fastest.

The participants will be divided into teams of 3-5 persons.  Each team will receive a kit for a sled, a photo of the finished "product" and tools. During the assembly additional tensions arise due to scarce resources (teams have to help each other with tools) and the time pressure for completion. The teams have 30 minutes for the assembly. Before the teams can start the race, the sledges are checked whether they comply with the regulations (safety check, whether all parts have been installed and all screws are tightened).

After successfully passing the safety check, the sleds will be brought to the start. Each team starts individually. The time for each "run" is measured per start/finish automatic.
